Second timeframes

On Binance futures, the timeframes 1s, 5s, 10s, 15s and 30s are available in the same menu as the minute ones. The history of second candles is stored on the server, and the current candle is built in the browser from the trade feed. Footprint also works on second timeframes.

On the top bar of the chart:

Chart pane settings

The icon to the left of the chart tab name opens the pane settings. They have three tabs.

General

  • Toolbars — show or hide the bottom bar (timeframes), the drawing tools and the TradingView top bar.
  • Crosshair sync — by price and by time between charts.
  • Quick jump — charts in tab titles are numbered ❶ ❷ … ❾, Alt + 1…9 opens the one you need, the "Next chart" hotkey (Alt + Q by default) switches to the next chart, with Shift to the previous one.
  • Alerts — whether to show triggered alerts in gray, where to send alerts from the "+" menu by default (Web, Telegram or both) and the Quick alert hotkey (Alt + A by default) — a price alert at the level under the cursor.
  • Clone chart — a copy of the chart in a new tab next to it: the same symbol, interval, indicators, drawings and settings. After that it is a separate chart.

Trading — the trading mode on this chart and general trading settings, see Trading and order execution.

Footprint — enabling and settings of the footprint, see Footprint.

Exchanges

You can open Binance, Hyperliquid, Aster, Bybit, OKX and LMAX forex markets on the chart. The exchange is set by the symbol prefix (BYBIT:BTCUSDT, HYPERLIQUID:BTC); without a prefix it is Binance. Details in Exchanges and markets.

SpreadFighter Custom Indicators

Chart pane can visualize some SpreadFighter models directly on the chart. The visualization is implemented through indicators.

To quickly find indicators from SpreadFighter, use the keyword [SF].
